"Eternity College of Ministry provided me with a deeper understanding of scripture and a desire to delve even further. Studying the Word was like taking a deep cool drink of clean water while being very, very thirsty. My experience with Eternity College of Ministry just wet my appetite and I hunger for an even greater understanding of God's Word through more teachings."

Marie Peters
Student, ECM

"Healing prayer is something I have only recently been exposed to in my Christian journey.  I have prayed with many people for healing, but this is the first time I have taken an actual course on the history and background of this ancient and holy practice.  The healing course has equipped me not only to better understand the need for healing in those around me, but also my own continued need to seek God's healing work in my life."

--Kristin Fogg, April 2008

I came into the course with very little knowledge about the Healing Ministry.  I joined the class because I feel called into nursing, but I don't want to enter the modern health field without a background in biblical healing.  The course has given me a foundation and a clearer understanding of the Healing Ministry.  Because of the breadth of topics addressed and the various guest speakers, I think this course meets the needs and interests of people starting out and people who have experience in healing.  Even if you aren't sure God is calling you into this ministry, but you do have an interest, come and learn what healing looked like in the old testament, how Jesus and his disciples healed, how you can become healers through intercessory prayer, and you, yourself, may even experience healing.

-- Lisa Filak, May 2008

For many years, I have sought an understanding about Scriptural healing. The program at Eternity Church has met the timing of God for me to progress beyond my expectations. The ministry provides an opportunity to practice healing in a mainstream Christian environment supported by well-rounded ministers who facilitate the adult educational and spiritual experiences.

Caring for the body - Session 2
Written by webmaster
Tuesday, 08 April 2008

Many of us think that following a particular diet religiously is the only way for physical fitness.  Eating right is important but to keep the body healthy and fit does not depend on diet alone.  Proper daily regimen of exercise is a must to maintain fit and healthy bodies.  Others may be too careful to avoid certain foods for the fear of putting on weight and do an inordinate amount of exercise in order to remain lean.  Either extreme is to be avoided in taking care of our body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Benefits of working with a personal trainer like—

Morgen L. Hellams, RN, CPT

  • Muscle Conditioning,
  • Improve your Cardiovascular health
  •  Develop group accountability for physical fitness.

The second session of the fitness course begins on June 12, 2008 at Eternity Church.  Cost of registration for this six weeks course is $72/-  Each individual who registers will be given a "Versa-tubing" for personal use while in the class and to use for regular exercises at home.  Please contact Veena Bunyan for more information and registration details.

Foundations for Healing Ministry - 301

This course is designed to give a deeper understanding of the theological and practical tools for those involved in healing ministries in their respective communities.  This course builds upon the basics that were taught in the two previous courses, Foundations of Healing Ministry- 101. & 201

Overview of Healing Ministry – 301

As those who are trained in the healing ministry in the church, it is important for us also to learn how to work with other professionals who are involved in the field of medicine and psychology.  This course will help the students integrate the spiritual aspects of healing ministry with practical tools to be used for the health of the local church and community.  This course will also help the students understand that healing ministry is just not for members in a local church but is for the benefit of the local community and its transformation.  The students will also understand the crucial part played by healed individuals in the development of a healthy community and the extension of Kingdom of God and His reign on earth.

Come learn more about the Healing Ministry!

Registration Fee is $ 100 per person and $150 for two people from the same family.  This covers course materials.
